A form submission is a request, not an order. Written quotes state source basis, lead time, and document set. No silent substitution. Packaging and inspection notes you give us are part of the requirement.
Sending a line card does not make you an authorized source. We need a written distribution path before we bid your line.
SAM registration is in process. UEI and CAGE are not published until they exist. Do not treat a blank field as an identifier.
